    1. Consent to collection of personal information

    Sanayi System CO., LTD(hereinafter "Sanayi System") complies with Personal information protection regulations and guidelines of Republic of Korea, and uses the user’s personal information based on the user’s consent.

    The company collects the following personal information for consultation and service application via on-line.

    Collected items: Name, E-mail, Contact

    3. Purpose of collection and use of personal information

    The company strictly prohibits the provision of personal information without prior consent of users, and collects personal information for the customer consultation and provision of various services.

    The company only uses the collected personal information for the following purposes, and prior consent will be obtained if the purpose of collected information is changed.

    Name: Verification of identity for the product consultation

    E-mail, contact: Product consultation and event-related news, new service and new product information by using DM, SMS, E-mail

    The user has the right to deny consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, consultation through on-line inquiries is not possible, and the user may be limited in using a service.

    4. Period of retention and use of personal information

    Once the purpose of the collection and use of personal information is fulfilled, the user's personal information is to be destroyed immediately.

    However, relevant statutes, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., require Sanayi System to store the information for a certain period, as described below.

    In this case, the company uses the stored information only for the purpose of storage, and the retention period.

    • Records on membership sign-up or withdrawal: Store for five years

    • Records on customer complaints or dispute settlements: Store for three years

      (Under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)

    • Records on collection/processing and use of credit information: Store for three years

      (Under the Act on Use and Protection of Credit Information)

    • The company safely handles personal information of valuable users, and destroys personal information through the following methods to prevent leakage.

    • Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

    • Personal information stored in the form of an electronic file is deleted using a technical method that cannot reproduce the record.
