      TDeformX is structural deformation simulation software.

      TVolumeX is simulation software for checking the amount of LC and defect analysis.
      By panel information and process recipe of LCD panels, the optimal amount of LC can be calculated based on the volume results. It is possible to identify the process margin before manufacturing the products to handle severe process variations and improve huge productivity.

    TSolidX is a powerful 3D modeling software based on the actual semiconductor process and a mask layout. Three types of 3D structure (Solid Model, Surface Triangular Mesh, 3D Tetrahedral Mesh) can be easily generated. It is fully compatible with CAx formats such as CAD, CAE, CAM by providing interactive optimization.

    TX Series(TSolidX, TRCX, TDeformX, TVolumeX)may identify analysis results including 2D mask layouts and 3D structures generated by TX Series(TSolidX, TRCX, and TVolumeX). It is an effective post-processor program that performs data visualization for calculated results and advanced data analysis. It also delivers a dedicated plotting and graphical control solution by OpenGL.
